The Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with the Attorney Recruitment and Development Manager in regard to all aspects of recruiting and development functions, including Summer Associate hiring, Summer Associate program, law school and lateral attorney hiring and the
professional development for associates and counsel. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring Summer Associate workload reports; respond to day-to-day Summer Associate questions and/or
concerns, coordinating on-campus arrangements at various law schools; schedule students and coordinating each student’s interview and also coordinate Lateral Recruiting. The Coordinator is also responsible for
analyzing recruiting statistics, and prepare and submit on behalf of the Firm statistics for NALP, attorney salary surveys and internal presentations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years work experience in legal recruiting in a law firm setting.
